Note that GSI and Intersystems product lines have recently merged. We sell both.
Chain Conveyor Product Line Up
GSI Select & Select IS EnMasse Conveyors
Great and economical way to handle bulk commodities up to a moderate incline. GSI En Masse chain conveyors can be configured exactly to fit your needs. These conveyors can be configured to only run during harvest season or configured to run 24 hours a day. Whatever your needs, GSI or Intersystems conveyors are workhorses.
- Various box sizes and capacities of up to 50,000 bushel per hour
- Multiple wear liner packages, bearing option, and drive class options based on projected usage
- S Path conveyors available
- UMHW or AR steel slide rail available on all sizes
- SBR (steel brushed roller) and WM (welded mill) chains are available in different sized based on the application
GSI Select Hi-Flight Conveyors
Hi-Flight conveyors are ideal for dump pits or steeper incline applications. We typically use these under a dump grate/pit to carry the grain up into a bucket elevator. These Hi-Flight conveyors have many of the same features as the En-Masse conveyors but utilize a taller chain flight paddle to increase performance.
- Box sizes range from 12”x12” up to 36”x32” or capacities of 2,000 BPH up to 32,000 BPH.
- Can be configured with a dump grate and 10FT drive over dump hopper. When used as a pit conveyor, we put a Hi-flight in a concrete channel and then bend up to meet a bucket elevator.
Versaloops
GSI Versaloop systems are round tube chain conveyors ideal for economically and gently moving grain. These chain pumps are low maintenance featuring a direct drive configuration which removes the need for pulleys and belts.
- 4,000 BPH to 10,000 BPH, 8”, 10” and 12” tube diameters
- Modular design, versaloops can be customized to an exact length.
- Versaloops can incline up to 60 degrees.
- Very economical compared to conveyors and much lower maintenance then augers.
Versaloops are also great to use on top of a bin, in place of a roof auger or roof conveyor. With a roof versaloop, bins can be much taller and still have the minimum spout angle required to fill them.
