Design and Build
Braker Grain Systems can assist you with any of your grain system needs. We take you through the entire process from the planning/design phase through the final stages of the project.
Here are the Stages of a Typical Project
- Customers will meet with us on site or in our offices to review their needs for storage, material handling, or drying and conditioning their grain and commodities.
- We will pull measurements, capacities, and other design information from existing equipment if it relates to the new build.
- BGS will then put together sales quotes and assemble a bid sheet (for larger projects) giving a cost breakdown of equipment, bin erection, millwright, and freight costs.
- If the project is of size, >li> BGS will 3D model and optimize the layout in CAD software (Solidworks 2024).
- BGS will review the sales quotes and drawings with the customer and make any necessary changes.
- Upon receiving an order, BGS will schedule bin erection, millwright, or concrete partners as needed.
- BGS custom fab will design and fabricate any parts needed for the project.
- BGS will order equipment from suppliers and coordinate ship dates.
- Upon the delivery date, BGS will visit the site where the equipment is shipped and verify receipt of all items.
- BGS will provide partners with any information they need to build the project.
- BGS will bill for the equipment only, our partners will bill for their own portions on the project.
- Finally, BGS will do a final project review and confirm that the customer is happy and satisfied.
